By executing a transaction on this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding commercial contracts. Shoplendo reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

Shoplendo operates as an international fast-retail trading framework. When you purchase a product on Shoplendo, you acknowledge the following supply chain architecture:

• Procurement & export: The inventory is owned or programmatically sourced by our Lebanese entity and exported from our partner facilities in Mainland China via our licensed Chinese export agents.
• Importation & local clearance: Shoplendo, operated via Global Enterprise (Lebanon, registration No. 3777236), acts as the Importer of Record at Lebanon customs and clears all tariffs. Last-mile domestic delivery to your address is executed by our dedicated local delivery firm under contract with Shoplendo.
• The agreement: Your legal commercial contract for the sale of goods is with Shoplendo, operated via Global Enterprise (Lebanon), while physical local handling is carried out by our certified regional operators.
• Order acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Shoplendo. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or unavailability of stock. Where an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued.

• Currency standardization: All prices listed on Shoplendo are denominated and calculated in United States Dollars (USD).
• Payment gateway infrastructure: Shoplendo supports card payments and cash payments at our Beirut office. Card checkouts redirect to our authorized payment partner's secure hosted page (presented as Areeba). Cash payments are completed in person at our Beirut office, where receipts are issued and recorded in our accounting system. Cash payments require account verification prior to completion at our Beirut office.

Payment channels: Through our payment partner's hosted checkout (Areeba), you may pay using:

• Valid credit or debit cards processed via standard international payment card networks.
• Cash payments at our Beirut office (see FAQ for details).

Billing integrity: Your card statement will reflect a charge authorized by Shoplendo via Areeba. You agree that you are fully authorized to use the chosen payment method. Confirmed fraudulent use of a stolen or unauthorized payment method will result in account termination and may be referred to the relevant authorities. Legitimate disputes regarding order fulfillment, product condition, or delivery should be raised first through our Returns & Refunds Policy.

• Catalog representation: Shoplendo lists a wide, generalized catalog including fashion apparel, home goods, and consumer tech/gadgets. We make every reasonable effort to ensure product dimensions, colors, and features match our Chinese suppliers' direct manifests. Minor aesthetic variances due to screen calibration do not constitute a breach of contract.
• Product availability: All products are subject to availability from our supply partners. If an ordered item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund, or offer a substitute item at your discretion.
• Electronics limitation: For all consumer electronics, low-voltage gadgets, and peripherals, Shoplendo provides a strict thirty (30) day manufacturing defect warranty from the date of physical delivery. This warranty strictly excludes damage caused by user negligence, short-circuits from incompatible local power setups, or physical modification.
• Prohibited items: Shoplendo explicitly bars the listing of trademark-infringing replicas, cosmetics/chemicals, or high-voltage wall components. If a factory error leads to an illicit item being listed, Shoplendo reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a 100% immediate refund.

• Customer shipping selection: During checkout on our Website, you are presented with available shipping options and must explicitly select your preferred transit method.
• Shipping rates and payment: Shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on product specifications, volumetric weight, and the chosen transit method. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout as part of an all-inclusive delivery tier, local customs duties and clearance tariffs imposed by Lebanese Port Authorities are processed directly by Shoplendo, operated via Global Enterprise (Lebanon, registration No. 3777236).
• Air freight premium selection: Estimated delivery ranges between ten (10) to twenty (20) business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Sea freight economy selection: Estimated delivery ranges between thirty (30) to sixty (60) business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Delivery estimates disclaimer: These timelines are operational estimates provided by our global freight forwarders and do not constitute binding, contractual guarantees. Shipping windows may fluctuate based on product sorting queues in China or domestic customs clearance schedules in Beirut.
• Risk of loss: Risk of loss and title to goods passes to the Customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. Shoplendo bears responsibility for loss or damage occurring prior to delivery, subject to the freight and customs processes described above.
• Delivery address accuracy: The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Shoplendo and its logistics partners are not liable for delivery failure or delay resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
• Refusal of delivery: If our local agent attempts to deliver your pre-paid package and you refuse acceptance without a validated damage claim (filed under our Returns & Refunds Policy), Shoplendo reserves the right to charge you for domestic return handling fees deducted from any eventual partial refund.
• Force majeure & regional delays: Shoplendo and its Lebanese logistics agents cannot be held contractually or financially liable for shipping delays caused by global maritime supply shocks, regional airspace restrictions, domestic macroeconomic disruptions, local customs gridlocks, or unpredictable regulatory audits enforced by Lebanese Port Authorities.

• Platform liability: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Lebanon, Shoplendo, its founding partners, and its regional agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
• Liability cap: To the extent permitted by law, Shoplendo's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for that order.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Shoplendo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.
• Trademark & copyright: "Shoplendo" and its associated logo are trademarks of Shoplendo, for which registration is in process. All website code, custom design, and original content are protected under applicable copyright law.
• Data privacy: Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information — including data shared with our payment gateway (Areeba) and logistics partners for order fulfillment — is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Grounds for action: Shoplendo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a Customer's account and access to the Website, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed or reasonably suspected fraudulent activity, including unauthorized use of payment methods.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or checkout.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Shoplendo staff, logistics partners, or other users.
• Repeated abuse of the refund, return, or dispute process.

• Effect of suspension or termination: Suspension temporarily restricts account access pending review. Termination permanently ends the Customer's access to the Website. Orders placed and paid for prior to termination will, at Shoplendo's discretion, either be fulfilled or refunded in full.
• Customer-initiated closure: A Customer may request closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support.
• Survival: Sections relating to limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive any suspension or termination of an account.

These Terms and Conditions, your digital checkout contract, and all cross-border financial settlements are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Lebanon. We encourage Customers to first raise any concern with our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory consumer protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

• Amendments: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Minor changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting Customer rights or obligations will be communicated via email or a prominent Website notice prior to taking effect.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Assignment: Shoplendo may assign or transfer this agreement, in whole or in part, with notice provided via the Website. The Customer may not assign their rights under this agreement without our prior written consent.
• Waiver: No failure or delay by Shoplendo in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Force majeure: Shoplendo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemic or pandemic, governmental action, strikes, failures of internet or telecommunications infrastructure, cyberattacks, and disruptions to the banking or financial system affecting Lebanon.
• Language: These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. Any translation provided is for convenience only; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• Entire agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Shoplendo regarding use of the Website.
