Our checkout system is tailored for Lebanon. Simply select your Governorate (Mohafazah) and District (Kaza), then write your city, street name, building name, and floor in the address field. Our local delivery courier will always call or WhatsApp you directly to confirm your exact GPS coordinates before bringing the parcel to your door.

Because we source items from thousands of different specialized manufacturers across China, some parts of your order might arrive at our central sorting facility faster than others. To prevent delays, we may split your order into multiple packages. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package, but you will never pay any extra shipping fees for split deliveries.

You can change your delivery address free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting support@shoplendo.com. Once the cargo manifest has been finalized and loaded onto the aircraft or vessel in China, we cannot change the address until the bulk shipment clears customs in Beirut. Once it reaches Lebanon, you can coordinate a new drop-off location directly with our local delivery agent.

Because we source from multiple specialized factories across China to offer an extensive catalog, your order may be dispatched in separate split-shipments. If an item is marked as "Delivered" on your profile but is physically missing, contact support@shoplendo.com within 48 hours, and we will investigate using our packaging records.

At checkout, you can select Cash as your payment method. Your order will be placed with a "Pending" status until you visit our office to complete payment in person. If your credit or debit card is linked to a local LBP account, your bank will automatically convert the amount to USD based on international market rates, which may subject you to local bank conversion fees.
